UK pula mencatatkan 46,084 kematian daripada 303,913 kes positif, menurut statistik Universiti Johns Hopkins.
Jumlah kematian itu menjadikan Amerika Latin sebagai salah satu pusat penularan virus itu dengan kes di rantau itu meningkat sekali ganda sejak sebulan lalu kepada lebih 4.7 juta kes Covid-19. Pandemik itu menunjukkan beberapa petanda perlahan di Mexico yang cuba memulakan semula ekonomi sejak akhir Mei lalu.
