Metro temporarily suspends Red Line from Van Ness to Farragut North
The section had been suspended while crews worked on repairs they said was caused by an arcing incident.
On Sunday, Metro General Manager Randy Clarke apologized to riders for the service interruption. Monday is the start of Clarke’s second week on the job after running Austin’s transit system for more than four years.
