Meritage Homes will soon begin selling hundreds of new homes in Melissa.

Meritage Homes is adding more than 450 new homes in Melissa, including Wolf Creek Farms.One of the nation’s largest homebuilders will soon kick off sales at three new communities in Melissa.

Meritage Homes will add 456 homes at Wolf Creek Farms, The Quarry at Stoneridge and Bryant Farms, which are set to open this year and early next year. All three of these communities will be in Melissa ISD in Collin County. Starting in the $400,000s, the homes at Wolf Creek Farms will be on 248 home sites about 1.5 miles north of downtown Melissa. They will range from 1,833 to 3,331 square feet. The model home will be at 1709 Ironwood Way. Presale appointments will take place beginning in June at 4141 Ranchero Drive in Sachse.Meritage also will begin presale appointments in June for 133 homes in the final phase of development at The Quarry at Stoneridge along U.S. Highway 75.

Early next year, the builder will begin sales of 75 homes at Bryant Farms, which is just less than a mile south of the intersection of Milrany Lane and East Melissa Road. Floor plans will range from 1,475 to 2,255 square feet. Melissa is about 20 miles south of Texas Instruments’ massive semiconductor production facility along U.S. 75 in Sherman, whichMeritage Homes is the seventh-largest public homebuilder in the U.S. It builds in Arizona, California, Colorado, Texas, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee and Utah.
