MADISON TOWNSHIP, Ohio — A crash involving four vehicles resulted in the death of a 70-year-old Mentor woman and sent four others to the hospital, police say.
Police say a 2009 Pontiac driven by a 69-year-old man was traveling west in the passing lane of U.S. 20 near McMackin Road at about 12:45 p.m., while a 2018 Toyota driven by a 69-year-old woman was traveling east in the passing lane. A 2017 Buick driven by a 51-year-old woman and with Shannon as a passenger was going east in the curb lane, and a 2010 Ford driven by a 61-year-old man was behind the Buick.
