Ekspresi budaya harus diteruskan di paroki masing-masing bukan semasa pesta Kaamatan sahaja – Uskup Agung John Wong. Gambar: Kredit Facebook Maria Stephanie.Pesta Menuai peringkat Keuskupan Agung Kota Kinabalu diadakan selama dua hari dengan tema “Menghidupi budaya asli dalam keluarga untuk meneruskan ajaran Kristus.”

Pada hari pertama, pelbagai acara berkonsep elemen tradisional seperti melastik, merejam lembing, berjalan menggunakan tampanau mengupas pinang, gusti lengan dan banyak lagi, diadakan di Padang Gereja St Peter Tombovo, salah satu gereja stasi luar di bawah naungan paroki Terawi. Uskup Agung juga berkata umat Kadazandusun harus bertutur di dalam bahasa mereka sendiri pada setiap hari kerana bahasa asal mencerminkan identiti seseorang individu.
