The family of a Melbourne man who has been placed in an induced coma following a tragic accident while on holiday in South Korea has made a public plea for help to bring him home. 7NEWS

“Without further intensive and specialist treatment, he is unlikely to make it home to Australia,” the fundraiser stated.

Multiple family members are now in Seoul including his father who was able to see him for the first time on Thursday night.
