PETALING JAYA: An eatery operator has been arrested by police on suspicion of offering up to RM100 to engage in indecent acts with six young boys since September.
The 57-year-old suspect, who is married, was apprehended by a team from the Jasin police headquarters at about 9pm last night at his home in Simpang Bekoh near Jasin, Melaka.According to Kosmo, Jasin police chief Ahmad Jamil Radzi said the arrest was made after six police reports were made in the same evening about incidents of physical sexual abuse against six boys aged between 12 and 13.
