US broadcaster Megyn Kelly has accused media organisations of uncritically repeating Hamas propaganda accusing Israel of targeting a Gaza hospital in an airstrike – an accusation that has strenuously been denied.
At least 500 people have been killed after the Al-Ahli Arab Hospital in Gaza was struck by a missile without warning on Tuesday night.
The former Fox News anchor who now hosts the Megyn Kelly Show said that from the moment news reports about the hospital strike appeared “it was clear you needed to be careful”, but some media had simply repeated “propaganda” from Hamas.
