for a jackpot of $830 million resulted in no overall winner, so the prize has increased to an estimated $1.02 billion for the drawing on Friday, July July 29. The jackpot likely will grow before Friday’s drawing. There were two big winners in Ohio from Tuesday’s drawing. A ticket matching five numbers without the Powerball was sold in Ohio and is worth $1 million, while another ticket matched five numbers with the Megaplier and is worth $3 million. Exactly where the tickets were sold was not available early Wednesday morning.
