kualalumpur Media Prima Berhad (Media Prima) menjelaskan bahawa sebarang langkah berkaitan operasi dan pengosongan bangunan perlu melalui perbincangan dan persetujuan bersama antara Media Prima dan PNB Development Sdn Bhd (PNBD)

Ini kerana pada 2018, kedua-dua pihak telah menandatangani perjanjian jual dan sewa semula membabitkan bangunan Balai Berita 1 Bangsar .

"Jumlah keseluruhan ruang untuk keempat-empat lokasi ini melebihi 1 juta kaki persegi, yang mana ia melebihi keluasan ruang yang diperlukan," katanya dalam kenyataan di Kuala Lumpur, hari ini.
