N.J. weather: ‘Measurable snow’ expected for part of the state on Sunday
are expected to receive “measurable snowfall” on Sunday — at least two inches in some spots, forecasters say.
Higher elevation areas of Sussex County are most likely to see a couple of inches, the weather service’s forecast maps show. Plain rain will fall across the rest of the state where temperatures on Sunday will be in the low to mid 40s. Friday and Saturday look mainly dry, sunny and seasonable. Temperatures will top out in the low to mid 40s this afternoon, about normal for this time of year. Overnight lows will dip into the 20s.
