SATELIT Measat-3d berjaya dilancarkan di French Guiana, Amerika Selatan pada 6.50 petang waktu tempatan 22 Jun . Satelit telekomunikasi milik Measat itu dilancarkan menerusi roket pelancar Ariane-5 di Pusat Angkasa Lepas Guiana yang terletak kira-kira 17,000 kilometer dari Malaysia.
