MCO will return if coronavirus R0 goes up, says health D-G

The novel coronavirus outbreak will end when there is full compliance with health and safety guidelines post-MCO, says a health official. – May 13, 2020.Director-general of health Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said the R0, or the number of new infections estimated to stem from a single case, was 3.5 at the start of the MCO.
