MENTERI Kewangan Lim Guan Eng menegaskan bahawa kerajaan hanya akan menyalurkan dana kepada Kolej Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman jika MCA melepaskan pemilikan dan kawalan ke atas institusi itu. Tindakan Putrajaya untuk menyekat dana sebanyak RM30 juta untuk TAR UC dilihat menjadi salah satu isu yang membuatkan pengundi Cina tidak gembira dalam Pilihan Raya Kecil Tanjung Piai hujung minggu lalu menyaksikan calon Pakatan Harapan kalah dengan margin besar luar jangkaan kepada Barisan Nasional.
