The number of Filipinos without jobs has gone down to pre-Covid-pandemic levels as the country embarked on increased economic activities ahead of the holiday season, according to the Philippine Statistics Authority .

The implementing rules and regulations for the Anti-Child Marriage Law was signed, according to the Department of Social Welfare and Development , that will protect children against “any person who causes, fixes, facilitates, arranges, performs, or officiates child marriage”.
