PETALING JAYA: Pemaju hartanah, Matrix Concepts Holdings Berhad mendapat sambutan positif berikutan permintaan yang kukuh dan berterusan untuk hartanah bertanah.
Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Bersama, Pembangunan Hartanah, Matrix Concepts, Chai Keng Wai berkata, hal ini disebabkan sambutan projek di Bandar Sri Sendayan memberangsangkan.
Selain itu, jelas Keng Wai, harga hartanah sejajar dengan pasaran sasaran yang mampu menarik perhatian pembeli berpotensi. Sementara itu, Lembah Klang pula, jumlah temu janji dan lawatan ke galeri jualan Levia menunjukkan pemulihan dalam permintaan pasaran. “Jaraknya yang dekat dengan Shuttle Tebrau memastikan akses mudah antara Johor dan Singapura, menjadikannya sangat mudah untuk perjalanan harian dan pulang pada hujung minggu sambil menikmati fasiliti serta kemudahan seperti Taman Tema dan pasar raya,” katanya.
