PETALING JAYA: Pakatan Harapan must come together with former Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad and Parti Warisan Negara (Warisan) to prepare for snap election, says Parti Amanah Nasional (Amanah) president Mohamad Sabu.
He said the unity of the Opposition was important in order to win the mandate of the people in the next general election.
"Amanah is concerned about the worries of the people over Perikatan, which was set up without the mandate of the people and which has turned its back on good governance, such as abandoning the functions and roles of Parliament as a check-and-balance institution, especially in spending public funds. He said there was a possibility of snap election being called in the near future, and Pakatan should prepare its election machinery as soon as possible.
