PEKAN NENAS: Pakatan Harapan must work hard if it wants to prevent the Tanjung Piai parliamentary seat from falling to the Opposition, says Parti Amanah Negara (Amanah) president Mohamad Sabu.
The Defence Minister added that Pakatan must help its candidate, Karmaine Sardini, win the by-election by explaining the government's policy to voters.
He also reminded voters in the area not to fall into the Opposition's hands, accusing them of playing racial issues. "The Malays feel that we are DAP's tool while DAP has been made to believe it is Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad's tool, causing tension among the races," he said.
