A huge fire at the famous Langkawi street, Jalan Pantai Cenang, caused the destruction of 2 restaurants last night , namely Putumayo Restaurant and Palm View Seafood Restaurant.According to a report by Kosmo, the Head of Zone 4 Langkawi Fire and Rescue Department Kedah, Fire Chief Mohd. Zamri Abd Ghani shared that his party was informed of the incident through the MERS 999 emergency line at about 8:11pm.
The fire was said to have started at Putumayo Restaurant before spreading to Palm View Seafood Restaurant.
