White Lotus Therapeutics plans to open its new location on Tejon Street this summer.
Karen Landers with Kentwood Commercial represented Sharp in the deal, and Lara Silversmith and Kelly Greene with Legend Partners represented the landlord.
White Lotus Therapeutics offers small restorative and vinyasa yoga classes, as well as therapeutic massages, starting at $105 an hour, for stress relief, soothing pain and balancing the body. The new location has four rooms dedicated to massage therapy now and a large yoga studio, which Sharp plans to keep intact. He plans to divide another studio in the space into two more massage rooms and a flex space for massage and yoga training.
“Some of our current clients commute from the Highlands. But there’s a high enough density of people in the area that stay in their own bubble. So, I’m sure they’ll enjoy the fact that they can now walk to this location,” Sharp said.
