“There are multiple families with young children,” said Tiffany Breininger, who lives near by on South Main. The owners, who have had a presence in the borough for years, are amenable to lighting and screening conditions that would shield residential neighbors from being bothered by the facility, Councilman Charles Wentzel said. He’s council’s liaison to the planning commission.
