Marvel's Spider-Man 2 adds two New York boroughs

During last night's State of Play, Marvel's Spider-Man 2 showed us an expanded New York with Brooklyn and Queens added to the map.

To build up even more hype for this highly anticipated sequel, Insomniac Games detailed the expanded version of New York that players will get to explore.

With the first two games in this series already delivering expansive New York maps full of easter eggs and nods to the comic book universe of the webslinger, the addition of two boroughs promising even more to explore. “Players will also be able to switch between Peter Parker and Miles Morales in the open world, near-instantly thanks to the power of the PlayStation 5. Both Spider Heroes are important characters to the grand story we’re telling in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, and each will have their own separate side stories to uncover throughout the city,” it added.
