The former WA premier quit politics five months ago citing exhaustion.
Former West Australian premier Mark McGowan will add another two private sector roles to his post-political career, including a senior advisory position with Joe Hockey’s consulting firm Bondi Partners.
“Of course you would all know Mark as the recent former premier of Western Australia,” Mr Hockey said in the note. “I’m tired, extremely tired. In fact, I’m exhausted,” he said in late May at a press conference where he announced his resignation.
