"Kaya naman hinahamon ko ang ating mga kabataan na pag-ibayuhin ang inyong pag-aaral, magsilbi sa inyong komunidad at patuloy na tumulong sa mga nangangailangan ," Marcos added. "Kaya naman, hinihakayat ko kayo na pagyamanin ang inyong mga talino at talento sapagkat sa hinaharap, aasahan namin ang inyong pakikiisa sa pagbuo ng isang maganda, mas masagana at mas matatag na Pilipinas ," Marcos said.
