Maqis seizes RM4,000 worth of smuggled seafood at Johor-Singapore border

PETALING JAYA: Selangor have announced Katsuhito Kinoshi as the new coach, replacing Nidzam Jamil.

Maqis has seized over RM4,000 worth of seafood produced heading towards Singapore at Sultan Abu Bakar Complex in Iskandar Puteri, Johor recently.

Johor Maqis director Edie Putra Md Yusof said departmental personnel inspected the vehicle at around 10am on Thursday and discovered 112kg of seafood concealed among consignments with valid permits. “Further investigations revealed that the seafood products were being smuggled out without proper declaration and have been detained for further action,” he said on Sunday .
