KUALA LUMPUR : A 31-year-old man detained for allegedly threatening comedian Harith Iskander and his family will be charged on Friday .
The suspect's remand, initially set until Jan 28, was extended to Friday following a police report lodged by Harith's ex-wife and manager, Dr Jezamine Lim, at the Dang Wangi police station on July 23. A second incident occurred at 3pm on Thursday , when Dr Jezamine, while at a restaurant, received a threatening message with a photo of her children.The threats resulted in the cancellation of Harith's show at Dewan Filharmonik Petronas , as confirmed by Dr Jezamine.
