A man wanted for murder was arrested in a joint operation conducted by members of the Pasay city police Intelligence Section and Sub-Station 5 on April 11. ManilaBulletin

Police said the suspect, identified as Josue Montacis Guial, 47, alias “Ulo,” was arrested at around 11:30 p.m. at the Pasay City Public Cemetery located along Don Carlo Revilla St., Pasay City.

The police said the suspect was the leader of the Guial criminal group involved in the series of robbery and murder cases. Guial was ranked as Top 1 wanted person at station and district levels and ranked number 4 in the regional level. Investigation showed that Guial was arrested after a warrant of arrest was issued by Judge Elenita Carlos Dimaguila, Assisting Judge of RTC Branch 112, Pasay City Regional Trial Court with no bail recommended.
