61-year-old Cristobal Ramirez threatened to blow off the chief of police's head after leaving a voicemail on a police officers phone.
SAN ANTONIO — San Antonio Police Chief William McManus was threatened on Wednesday, authorities say.
According to an arrest warrant Ramirez calls an SAPD officer daily on the policeman's city cell phone. The arrest warrant stated Ramirez told police they were wasting taxpayer dollars and also stated"I know where McManus feeds them cats, I think I'll blow his head off today, bye." Police believe the statement Ramirez made was so criminally specific that Ramirez now faces charges of terroristic threat of a peace officer.
