Man shot in Logan Heights [Breaking]
A man was shot on Commercial Street near the intersection of 29th Street in Logan Heights on Saturday evening, San Diego police reported.
Officer Darius Jamsetjee said officers responded to a call of shots fired in the area just before 7:25 p.m. and found a man with at least one gunshot wound. The victim was taken to a hospital and treated for injuries not believed to be life-threatening, he said.Video from OnScene TV showed an unoccupied white Mercedes and several police cars parked in the middle of Commercial Street, over trolley tracks. Trolley riders reportedly were transported to MTS buses while the street was blocked.
