The body of a man has been found following a bushfire in a New South Wales town.

Strong winds had caused"erratic fire activity", firefighters warned, which may cause spot fires to propel ahead of the main fire front. The Willi Willi National Park and Boonanghi Nature Reserve are still burning, but the bushfire has been downgraded to a watch and act overnight.
