A man previously wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service was arrested Monday in connection with an alleged kidnapping. David Andres Westbrook, 42, was arrested on one count of aggravated kidnapping and one count of unlawfully carrying a weapon with a felony conviction. Westbrook is accused of forcing his 25-year-old ex-girlfriend into his maroon Ford F250 pickup truck at gunpoint on Sunday afternoon on the 100 block of Caddo, according to an affidavit supporting his arrest.At the time, the woman was walking with another ex-boyfriend, whose statement to police is cited in the affidavit.
Westbrook allegedly pointed a gun at the pair, grabbed the woman by her hair and pushed her into his vehicle, the affidavit stated.
