Land Public Transport Agency has responded to a viral video showing an individual shouting at civil servants at the APAD office in Kelana Jaya on Tuesday.

In a statement, the department said the individual in the viral video arrived at the counter at 2.30pm to submit an application.However, the queue ticketing system reached its maximum limit for the day at 2pm, meaning no more numbers for the queue could be given out. He was then asked to return the next day. This infuriated the man.
