Officers were dispatched just after midnight to the 100 block of East Palfrey Street, where they found a 36-year-old Hispanic man lying in the road with apparent gunshot wounds.A police sergeant said the man and a woman were at a home on that street when another man arrived. A fight broke out between the two men in the backyard, and it moved to the front of the house, where the shooting occurred.The suspect, a 37-year-old Hispanic male, went inside the home after the shooting, the report said.
