A man killed in a Bay Bridge collision early Sunday has been identified.
A 22-year-old man killed early Sunday
The California Highway Patrol investigation into the death was continuing Tuesday. Charges were also pending Tuesday against the driver of the stopped car, a 22-year-old San Francisco woman who was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.
