JOHOR BARU: An unemployed 29-year-old man died after being attacked by parang-wielding men while having dinner with his friends at Taman Tampoi Indah here.
Johor Baru North OCPD Asst Comm Rupiah Abd Wahid said police received information about the 8.10pm incident on Sunday night, which left the victim seriously injured.
"The victim sustained serious injuries to his head, arms, legs and body where he was brought to a private hospital near the city area here," she said in a statement here on Monday .
