Officers responded to the incident on Ed Bluestein Blvd and when officers arrived the suspect was acting like nothing happened and he was no longer on the hood of the victim's vehicle.

AUSTIN, TexasA man was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after he threatened a victim with a knife a following a crash.

When officers arrived, the man, 42-year-old James Palmer, was no longer on the hood of the vehicle, instead, he was acting like nothing happened. Palmer initially hit the victim's vehicle as he tried to change lanes. He then hit the victim's vehicle harder, which caused it to spin out. Palmer did not stop and left the area.
