Bell was arrested at the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office in Jersey City Saturday afternoon.
Bell is being held in the Hudson County jail pending his first court appearance and a detention hearing.
Police responded at 11:37 p.m. to a report of an injured person on the light rail station platform and found Brown with an apparent stab wound to his upper body, Suarez said.
