SWAT was called in to get the suspect to surrender — it is the second time the suspect has been involved in an incident like this, authorities say.PRESCOTT, Ariz. — A man in Prescott fired shots inside his home and was charged with multiple offenses, including aggravated domestic violence, authorities said.

They found the suspect’s girlfriend and daughter, and led them to safety, police said. The YCSO SWAT team, supported by the Prescott Valley Police Department SWAT team, attempted to get Bueter to surrender. After several hours, Bueter was taken into custody, authorities said.A search warrant was served by the YSCO Criminal Investigations Bureau. The firearm described as the one used by the suspect, ammunition, casings and video surveillance of the incident were collected, authorities said.
