Jeremy Martinez, 43, was found dead Monday morning alongside his wife and 7-year-old daughter at a North Side apartment.

San Antonio Police Department Public Information Officer Jennifer Rodriguez said officers were dispatched to the complex for a welfare check and discovered a man, woman and child under 10 deceased inside an apartment unit.
Medical examiner investigators have yet to officially identify the woman and girl who were also found dead in the apartment, although police described them at the time as Martinez’s wife and daughter, with the woman being in her late 30s and the girl being under 10. Meanwhile, the medical examiner said the deceased girl is 7 years old, which is consistent with the couple's daughter shown on Shannon Martinez's Facebook page.
