One person is in the hospital and another has been detained following a stabbing during an altercation on the city’s West Side.
The incident occurred just before 10 p.m. in the 8100 block of Golden Harvest, not far from Grissom and Culebra Road.
According to police, a man and a woman were having an argument when the woman stabbed the man in the back and then also cut him multiple times in the arms. Police said the woman was detained at the scene and is being questioned, while the man was taken by ambulance to University Hospital, where he’s expected to recover.
The San Antonio Police Department, the San Antonio Fire Department and EMS all responded to the call.About the Author:
