Toronto police are investigating the death of a man who was reported missing while working on a boat in the city's Outer Harbour Marina on Friday. He was pulled from the water and taken to hospital where he died. Police say the incident doesn't appear to be criminal in nature. Ontario's Ministry of Labour says it has been notified and that it has assigned an inspector to the case. "We extend our deepest condolences to the family, friends, and colleagues of the worker during this difficult time," the ministry said in the email.
