The fire broke out in a seventh floor HDB unit in Sumang Lane in the wee hours of Sunday (Jan 26).
ALOR SETAR: A man is claiming that his 11-year-old son had to undergo surgery at Sultanah Bahiyah Hospital due to severe bleeding after taking part in a mass circumcision programme here.
"The circumcision was performed by a doctor and the next of kin were not allowed to be present during the procedure. Afterwards, the doctor instructed us to take my son home. However, shortly after returning, the wound began to bleed," he claimed on Sunday .
