Man arrested for stealing money from mosque
A MAN who was previously banished from Perak has been arrested for allegedly stealing money from a donation box at Shukuriah Mosque in Telok Bakong, Bota, Perak Tengah on January 8.
Perak Tengah district police chief Barudin Wariso said the 53-year-old man was arrested in Semanggol, Kerian at 6.45pm last Friday and police also seized a Proton Iswara and several items including adhesive tape and some cash from him.
