Initial investigation showed that Velasco was on a drinking spree with the victim, Robin Abarillo, when a heated argument ensued between them.Abarillo’s wife immediately sought assistance from authorities patrolling the area, leading to the arrest of the suspect.The suspect is now under the custody of GMA Municipal Police Station.
