Man accused of insulting former Agong in bid to refer on constitutional issues

A FORMER sales manager charged with insulting former Yang di-Pertuan Agong Sultan Muhammad V has filed an application to refer on constitutional issues at the high court.

Sessions court judge M.M. Edwin Paramjothy was informed of the matter by the prosecution, conducted by deputy public prosecutor Adam Mohamed @ Mamat, when the case came up for mention today.
