Breaking news: A man accused of killing five neighbors after they asked him to stop shooting an AR-15-style weapon near their Texas yard was arrested after a four-day-long manhunt and at one point involved more than 250 law enforcement officers.

The suspect, identified as Francisco Oropesa, was caught in Montgomery County, Tex., according to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office. Oropesa faces five counts of murder in the killings of four adults and a 9-year-old child.

The wide-ranging search raised questions about the early investigation, including an allegation by the victims’ family that deputies were slow to respond, the FBI initially identifying the wrong man as the suspect and the real suspect possessing at least five guns despite being an undocumented immigrant. Residents near the San Jacinto County, Tex., massacre scene also expressed concerns about how sheriff’s deputies handled previous reports that Oropesa was shooting in his yard.
