The 78-year-old is scheduled to front court in Sydney today.

He was charged with six counts of indecent assault on a male after he was escorted by investigators on a flight to the New South Wales capital yesterday.

In August 2022, police began an investigation into alleged historical sexual abuse offences at a school in Sydney's west. Police will allege that the man, who was employed as a teacher, sexually abused a 13-year-old boy on several occasions at a school in Auburn between 1980 and 1981.
