Police say Duncan O’Neil was arrested by provincial police in the Midland, Ont., area on Friday and is expected to appear in a Toronto court Saturday morning
The arrest comes nearly two days after Rae Cara Carrington, 51, was found with apparent stab wounds in the concourse underneath King and Bay streets.First responders tried to save her life but she died at the scene.
Police say the stabbing was targeted but would not comment further on the possible relationship between Carrington and the suspect. The incident was not far from where Rosemarie Junor was fatally stabbed in 2015 by Rohinie Bisesar, who was found not criminally responsible for the attack last year.
