Wakil negara, Daved Simpat yakin mempertahankan kejuaraan larian denai sejauh 100 kilometer pada acara Malaysia Ultra Trail – UTMB 2024 di sini pada awal pagi esok.

“Saya sudah mempersiapkan diri saya dari segi mental dan fizikal untuk menyertai acara bertaraf dunia ini. Sebanyak 10 buah negara menyertai larian denai UTMB yang diadakan bermula hari ini hingga 17 Oktober. Para peserta akan merasai pelbagai jenis laluan antaranya trek di laluan landasan keretapi lama, laluan ladang hingga ke kawasan hutan lasak dan pemenang berpeluang mengutip mata untuk layak ke final Siri Dunia UTMB di Perancis tahun depan.
