The operation aims to reduce congestion by diverting traffic on main roads and ensuring the safety of road users. The JSPT anticipates an increase in vehicle traffic on major highways like PLUS and LPT, as well as on federal and state roads, due to free tolls and school holidays.\The JSPT urges all road users to comply with traffic regulations, such as driving at the designated speed limits, avoiding driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and obeying traffic light signals. They also advise planning routes in advance, being aware of environmental conditions such as weather and traffic flow information, and ensuring vehicles are safe and well-maintained.\Employers and commercial vehicle drivers are encouraged to plan their movements with priority given to using federal and state roads to alleviate congestion on major highways nationwide. The JSPT also emphasizes the importance of discipline and courtesy among road users and appreciates their cooperation. Justeru, beliau mengingatkan semua pengguna jalan raya agar mematuhi peraturan lalu lintas seperti memandu mengikut kelajuan yang ditetapkan, tidak memandu di bawah pengaruh alkohol atau dadah serta mematuhi peraturan lampu isyarat merah.
